First and foremost we are energy systems.  Though we are experiencing life in human form, as beings of light we have access to the energy that interpenetrates the physical body.  The flow and integration of this energy is reflected in our physical health.

We can explore this subtle body energy through the chakra system.

In this workshop we will be experience how to enter each chakra and evaluate the flow of energy, as well as the chakra's openness.  We will use heart centered meditation, and whole brain meditation to read the story of our energy centers. With our inner wisdom we can harvest the lesson of a past experience, and when appropriate, prepare ourselves to release old contracted patterns.  We are then free to surrender to the deeper wholeness of the radiant Soul self.
